Our Range of Services
Terminex offers a wide range of domestic pest control services, and so please call us, free, on 0800 975 2736, where, in most cases, we can provide an immediate quotation. E.g. Mice, rats, bedbugs, fleas, cockroaches, garden ants. In the case of moths or pigeon work, we will need to visit your home to assess the level of work required, before we are able to provide a final quotation.

Our methodology - "Prevention" and "Control"
Our approach is to use prevention and early detection methodologies, to stop most pest control problems from developing, or if present, from getting out of control.
For most domestic customers, a problem has usually developed when you contact us, that requires urgent treatment to bring it under control. We are aware of the distress caused by most infestations, and as a result we are usually able to offer you an immediate quotation, and an initial treatment within 24 hours of you calling us. We try to visit the same day, wherever possible.
In the case of moths, these are a lot more troublesome, and will require a free survey to inspect the level of the problem before we can finalise a price.
For rats, mice, fleas, bedbugs, cockroaches, garden ants, wasps and stored product insects (usually found in food packets in your kitchen) we can offer a fixed price quote for most premises, and during our first initial treatment, our technician will perform a detailed inspection to ascertain the extent of the problem. The technician will then write a report documenting what action is required from us, and from you, to help treat the problem. Included in the fixed price quotation, is the cost of minor proofing of small holes and gaps, which will be carried out during the early stages of treatment.
Product Range
Most of our pest control services do not require you to purchase any equipment or products, as our original quotation includes all labour and associated products. There are, however, a few pests (mostly pigeons and flying insects (e.g. moths) that may result in you needing to purchase extra products. We will always discuss in advance any additional product needs, so that you can decide which ones, if any, you would like to use.
For flying insects - we offer a range of non-toxic insect monitors, fly screens and flying insect control machines.
For pigeons - we offer a range of high quality proofing products - e.g. netting/spikes.
