Our Range of Services
Terminex offers a wide range of commercial pest control services, and will support your business to ensure it complies with all the latest health and safety, and food hygiene regulations. If you have time, click into our Pests section to discover the risks of each pest.
Terminex can cover all sizes of project... from large full scale pigeon proofing, using towers and access equipment, to small commercial premises, that only need a few visits per year to keep the pests out.
Our methodology - "Prevention" and "Control"
Our approach is to use prevention and early detection methodologies, to stop most pest control problems from developing, or if present, from getting out of control.
Following a free survey and consultation with you, we assess the risk of pests gaining access to your premises , and agree an appropriate level of service, usually comprising a number of regular planned visits to your premises. The frequency of these planned visits is designed to help us monitor, control and treat for any infestations, so as to minimise the risk of pests.
We also provide advice and guidance on how we can both work together to minimise the risk of an infestation developing. E.g. proofing of doors, gaps in floors, walls and pipe work may be required to help minimise the risk.
We do appreciate, however, that no business premise is 100% pest proof, as many infestations are bought in by customers or suppliers. As a result, we encourage our clients to notify us immediately of any issues that require urgent attention, so that we can visit your premises to control any infestation before it becomes serious.. These extra "call-out "visits are included in your fixed contract price, and so no additional charges apply.
Product Range
Most of our pest control services do not require you to purchase any equipment or products, as our original quotation includes all labour and associated products. There are, however, a few pests (mostly pigeons and flying insects (e.g. moths) that may result in you needing to purchase extra products. We will always discuss in advance any additional product needs, so that you can decide which ones, if any, you would like to use.
For flying insects - we offer a range of non-toxic insect monitors, fly screens and flying insect control machines.
For pigeons - we offer a range of high quality proofing products - e.g. netting/spikes.
